Currently, she holds a managerial position at Unitel S.A., where she has consistently demonstrated her expertise and leadership. Beyond her professional accomplishments, Florips is also a digital content creator who shares her daily life as a woman and mother, all while championing the causes of female empowerment and self-esteem.
In 2022, Florips took on a new and meaningful challenge: she became a mentor in the Femme Incroyable Professional Mentoring Programme.
