Eliane de Sousa

Executive Director & Founder

Eliane brings experience in international project management to Femme Incroyable. With a Bachelor's in Psychology and a Master's in International Communications and Development from London, her career spans the United Nations in Kosovo, the European Parliament in Brussels, Chatham House in London, and various international NGOs.

Andreia Custódio

Director of Programs

Andreia brings extensive experience from her roles in international business development and project management. She holds a Bachelor's in International Relations from Portugal and a Master's in International Business from England. As Director of Programs, Andreia oversees operations and leads the development and execution of our impactful initiatives.
