Professional Mentoring Programme

Femme Incroyable is dedicated to empowering women across Sub-Saharan Africa through various innovative programmes designed to foster personal and professional growth. One of our flagship initiatives is the Professional Mentorship Programme, a completely free and online initiative to empower young women aged 19 to 35. This programme supports participants in developing their careers and businesses, promotes entrepreneurship, and inspires them to achieve financial independence.

In Sub-Saharan Africa, women often face greater vulnerabilities in the job market. Acknowledging this challenge, we created this programme to make a meaningful difference in the lives of many women from low to middle socio-economic backgrounds. The programme’s approach is centred on building a trusted relationship between the mentee and a professionally experienced mentor. Through a careful matching process, each young woman is paired with a mentor who shares similar professional interests. The mentor provides guidance, support, and encouragement in the mentee’s professional field, significantly contributing to her personal and career growth.
